Having successfully navigated projects under the purview of PennDOT and various Pennsylvania municipalities, he has excelled in dual roles as both an engineer and contractor. Notable achievements include spearheading the PA 500 Bridge Project, a groundbreaking endeavor that marked Pennsylvania's inaugural public-private partnership in the construction domain.
