Our Chief Engineer brings over a decade of on-site construction experience as a Project Manager and Superintendent. With a strong background in managing projects of various scales, he understands the importance of efficient turnarounds and meticulous planning. His expertise includes collaborations with both large and small contractors, particularly in the areas of bridges and culverts.

He has successfully managed projects for PennDOT and various Pennsylvania municipalities, excelling in both engineering and contracting roles. Notable achievements include leading the PA 500 Bridge Project, Pennsylvania's first public-private partnership in construction. His portfolio also includes a variety of smaller projects, highlighting his versatile skill set.
